The staff are exceptional!! I stay here because they are so nice and accommodating. Our door lock kept losing battery power so our key card wouldn't work. That was a bit troublesome with a toddler and tiredness.

Hotel was pretty average. Usually there's more then one tv in a suite... Air conditioning unit is super loud in the room and short-cycles which makes for a difficult sleep for light sleepers. Breakfast was hot and good enough for most. It's super close to a ton of dining options, easy to get to and in a safe-feeling part of town. I'm not a fan of their relatively late check-in time though. 4pm makes planning a larger trip more difficult when you have to wait to get in and get settled.

I tried checking out at 4:30 this morning. No one was at the front desk. I called out and waited for about 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. I left the keys at the counter and left.
