The room wasn't ready, bed unmade, dirty towels on the floor and a condom wrapper. We asked for a different room and it was a hard floor with sticky footprints next to the bed. Main light switch at the entry didn't work, no wastebaskets, cracked bathroom sink, no toilet paper holder, and the curtains couldn't be closed. Google maps show this as a Quality Inn with nice photos which are NOT like these rooms at all, especially the bathroom. The new owners need to do a major renovation and remove the Quality Inn photos which are misleading. Not to mention that a large section of parking is now fenced in apparently for security because it seems to not be a good part of town. We canceled the stay and booked another room across town at La Quinta. Expedia is working on our refund, but the chat agent couldn't get an answer at the front desk. I foresee this hotel going out of business.

Hotel management was excellent—very friendly, responsive, and attentive. The surrounding area is a little rough, but the hotel is in the process of transitioning away from long-term rentals, which shows real promise. Management went above and beyond by getting a room turned around so I could check in even before 3:00 PM, which I truly appreciated. I was impressed with the security measures in place: security monitoring the gates, good lighting throughout the property, and visible cameras. When there was a disturbance, management addressed it quickly and professionally. Give this hotel a year, and it will be a hidden gem.

The room was ok, comfortably beds, clean overall. However a lot of people smoking pot next my room. The door do not close completely have a lot of gaps. The smells coming inside from outside. The noise from the highway, people arguing, people drinking beer on the sidewalk. Very looking bad people around. A lot of crack heads by they property. They price was good but I want not worth it bcse I can’t sleep wonder if someone breaks into my room or something happens to my car. If you are get just to this motels for for it. I don’t and regrets book in this hotel

Security on site makes you feel very uncomfortable.You need to show a parking pass just to get into the parking area. Not a safe location. Homeless and drug users all around. This is the hood.

Staff at front desk was very quick to find our reservation and get us checked in. We where a little thrown back by the security to parking area but happy our car was safe and us. Would have given 5 atars but had to unplug TV because remote was missing from the room and floors in room left our feet black after a shower. When i say black i mean it looked like we walked on asphalt. Beds where clean and made neatly. Room was ice box which we absolutely loved.

The property was a disaster! The rooms were full of trash, and filthy. No sheets on the beds. Urine in the toilet. The shower was dirty and there was dog food on the floor!

Room had clogged pipes. Neither the tub or sink drained well. Water sat for several minutes before it drained. There was a rag sitting on the countrrtop that someone forgot to take while cleaning. Liked that there was securty readily available.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Security was always nearby to provide safety to hotel guests and actively patrolling parking lots and watching our cars. I felt comfortable and sealed. Thank you.
