The hotel is on the edge of Phoenix Biltmore area near Phoenix Children's Hospital. We felt safe inside the property and parking lot. The furnishings could be updated but having said that, the hotel was very clean and well kept. The bed linens, pillows and mattresses were excellent and we all slept comfortably. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The servers were wonderful and the bonus social hour was a nice touch. The pool and outdoor area were nice and very well kept.The Front desk and Housekepping were very accomodating We stayed 7 days and it was a great experience. .

Overall, this property worked well for our week long stay in Phoenix. Due to staffing shortages that were disclosed upon arrival, things were less tidy than even the front desk staff would have liked. Even so, the front desk was extremely accomodating each day we were there. Not only were they ALL very kind, they each were quite personable and interacted with us as though we were appreciated for choosing this hotel for our stay. Thank you to everyone at the Staybridge Biltmore who made our time in Phoenix comfortable. FYI, the beds were very good quality beds and we slept well every night because of this.

It’s my first time staying in Staybridge Suites. I used to stay in Homewood Suites of Hilton. It happened that I need to visit nearby in this area. The room is very clean. Room setup is great. It is a suite type hotel with full size fridge and small stove. The AC unit is very good that I can control it for my room, unlike most of the hotels, being central AC but you can adjust the room temp a little bit by the room thermostat which will all of a sudden blowing loud in the middle of the night. The breakfast is great, the hotel staff is working hard to refill the breakfast items and wiping the counters clean. Staff are all very friendly. Love everything and for sure coming back.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which had a kitchen. It included a sull sized refrigerator, stove, and a decent amount of utensils and tableware. The room was very clean, with the exception of a few peices of small trash i had to pick up because we did take our dog with us that likes to eat/chew on trash on the floor. The only problem was none of the usb charging ports were in working condition. I had forgotten to take my charging block so we couldn't charge our devices. Overall, they were very accommodating, and I would definitely recommend staying here and stay here myself the next time we are in Phoenix, AZ.

Glad we found this place to stay for our trip to AZ All of the staff was friendly, and they treated us like family. It was always nice to return and be greeted by them when we returned each day. No rush and noise like other hotels. Really well kept, and quiet and restful at the end of the day. The breakfast was an added bonus. It’s about 15 mins from downtown Phoenix so very convenient and less than 10 from the airport.
