The room was unswept prior to entering, bed sheets were dirty and unorganized, overall it was very unkept. Despite all this, the customer sercive was very helpful and professional.
It is an aweful property, only good were the staff running front desk, although after checking out and calling Expedia they credited back early check out, no way I was finishing the 2 day stay we just drove home after the football game. From the prostitution in the area and the roaches in the rooms lots of drug addicts living here, the stairwell smelled like urine and looked like it had not been power washed ever there was literally a dozen eggs and a trash bag sitting in the stairwell when we checked in and when we checked out. We arrived early and they said they have to clean rooms but when we came back and got our room we found a single pork rind laying in the floor, not sure how you clean a room and miss that in the middle of the room? Anyway 1/2 star and that goes to the front desk.

They just sold the room to another guest, and told me to call expedia and see what they could do... wich at this moment is still nothing but excuses.
The room was dirty. The floor hadn’t been swept. There were roaches in the bathroom. The bedding didn’t look like it had been changed after the last guest.
Booked the place but when i arrive they say i couldnt check in and have my room key because i didn't leave $100 downpayment when i paid through Expedia.
Overcharged my card multiple times & yet to get my money back keeps declining the charges once my bank calls

I stayed there for over a month 1/2 didn’t have to pay a deposit I left and came back then they started pressing the issue about the deposit threaten to kick me and my newborn out in the middle of the night if I didn’t pay the deposit or if I didn’t register my guest mind you I’ve been there for a month 1/2 and didn’t register my guest and no one ever said anything until recently…. the staff members are weird and unprofessional rude the management are unprofessional and rude as well only stayed there because the rooms were cheap and I didn’t get charged a deposit
