Noisy tough to get rest, criminal activity, very noticeable, dirty walkways and stairwells, laundry facilities need repairs and upgrades and the room showing its age and needs a refresh especially for business travelers.

Staff rude, I booked through Expedia, choose to pay at the property, well they tried running my card that I used to hold the room not pay for it.
