Paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. On the 2nd night, after a very long work day, we were unable to access our rooms. No one was on site to help us, even though it clearly states that they have a 24/7 courtesy desk. The security guard told us he could not call anyone and we would need to find somewhere else to stay. We ended up having to find another place to stay 20 minutes away and come out of pocket another $200 to basically take a nap as it was 3;30am by that time. When calling the hotel it's been impossible to solve this situation and get a refund, even with Expedia involved.

Worst hotel I've ever booked. Wouldn't give it 1 star. Even with reservation of a "non smoking room" they gave us a smoking room. It was dirty & had profanity writing all over the wall. They tried to cover it with paint but you could still see it. Wasn't the friendliest area. People in the parking lot were offering me to buy drugs off of them. After staying not even 8 hours, we check out early and went to a different hotel. Wish I could get my money back from booking this.

I needed a room with a refrigerator for medication. I put my medicine and food in the refrigerator when I arrived. The next morning I went to get my medicine out of the refrigerator and everything was warm. I had to discard all the food. Luckily I had brought an ice chest and was able to put my medicine in the ice chest. But all the food had to be thrown out due to being subjected to heat and spoiling

The person checking me in was helpful and very nice. They apologized that the room I was getting wasn’t in the best shape. Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelt like somebody smoked 10 packs a day in it. Also, when I tried to turn on the air condition, black smoke came out and made a loud pop/bang sound. On a positive note, the bed sheets and pillows were clean and reasonably comfortable. The room wasn’t terrible, but I would definitely never stay there again. Way too over priced for the “quality” you get.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are a good size and it has a nice layout. However, it is almost 1.5 times the market rate and no deals for weekly. The price does not match the hotel the area or what you get. I would say it is $50 a night overpriced. A complete waste of money since you can get something similar for about $30 to $50 less a night
