Not a Pet-Friendly Property!
I reserved a room at this Super-8 motel because I have always enjoyed my stays at Super-8’s, and their listing on Hotels.com indicated this property was “pet-friendly.” When I arrived on a cold night after 9:45pm, I was informed the pet-friendly rooms were sold-out, and no more are available. They wouldn’t let me check-in, even though I had a guaranteed reservation through Hotels.com. Instead, the front desk reception insisted on canceling my reservation. Mind you, I needed to find another lodging accommodation at this late hour (10:00pm!) for myself because I can’t sleep in my car as a woman almost 70 years old in the January wintertime. I recommend, if you’re seeking a pet-friendly hotel, call the property prior to completing the booking to confirm your pet will be welcome. This has never happened to me before. Whenever I have booked a hotel reservation that indicates “pet-friendly property” on their website, it has 100% been honored. I am still dealing with getting the money I paid for this hotel room refunded to me! The whole thing that happened to me was totally unacceptable.

The staff was kind, but the property is very dirty and doesnt look like it has been properly cleaned in a long time. I believe this is somewhere that allows long term staying, which should be noted because that makes for a very different environment to stay in.

The floor was warped laminate. The strong smell of disinfectant hit u as soon as the room door opened. Dirty washcloth by door. Tv remote didn't work. Breakfast consisted of a bagged muffin, yogurt and a bottle of water.

I’m not recommending this motel to anyone!!
I stayed 4 days , There was noise in the hallways at 1am for two nights, and no one was there to warn them. One night at 3am, someone was knocking on everyone's door, shouting and calling someone by name, saying, "If you don't open the door, I'll report you to the police. I'll never choose this place again."

the worst welcome I have ever seen in my life the lady must not be in front of the customers maybe she must not even be in front of humans I do not know why she works in a hotel the bed is made of fog almost when you breathe and the neighbors I thought they were with me in the room very bad insulation the cleaning ladies' carts start the circulation at 8am so no more possible to sleep

From the off-colored joke at the beginning of the hotel reservation, to the room that smelled like they were trying to cover the smell of pets or something worst, to the dirty sheets with hair and footprints on them, the dirty bath tub, dirty, grimy floor, I will never stay here or another “Super 8” again.
