Not so great.

I’ve stayed here before (same time last year). Place was deserted on a Tuesday night. Asked for a free upgrade to room off the ground floor near pool (which they gave me last year at n/c). They would only do it for another $60. Again…. Place was deserted. Went to 24 hour pool and the bar closed at 5:00 pm. No cocktails. Had to go into the casino in a wet bathing suit to get a drink. Pool decor was grim and depressing. Room was comfortable and clean however. I wasn’t thrilled. Skip this place.

I reserved 4 rooms and each room came with a $25 food credit. Well the resort only honored one $25 credit even though the front desk said I would be able to use all room credits in transactions because it was all under my name. All I needed to show them was my ID. When I called them to adjust my invoice they said they could not do it. I feel I didn’t receive my benefits in this trip.

Hotel was nice rooms clean and comfortable. Service was friendly at bars and Tash restaurant but slow at times. Pool bar service was pretty slow at the bar itself and the pool area.

Room noisy

The hotel is very nice. The room was clean and large. The problem was the in room refrigerator was buzzing all night. I also could hear faucets going on and off. I am not noise sensitive and live in NYC so for this to be bothersome is relavant. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this.
