The check in process was the worst part of the stay. Had to wait in a long line and when we finally got to check in, our room was not ready. Had to wait for a text, then we had to wait in the long line again to get our room key, rather than have an express lane. Very disappointed for the cost of the night stay.

Great location. Reasonable prices for food, drinks, gift shop. Only comment is that we both use cpaps and one side of the bed had no outlets. Handyman had to come to help us. Valet service was excellent.

Very good place to stay. It was quiet, had easy parking, access to the pool and hot tub 24 hours was great! Rooms were big and clean. I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone travelling to scottsdale.
