The rooms are very very noisy. The traffic noise, metro noise and the noise from people walking the hallways and slamming doors is heavy. I slept with noise cancelling headphones but woke when they died. Don’t count on the breakfast. Old pastry, hard boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt. It’s cheap though and very very clean. The hotel cleaning staff is excellent.

Great stay!!
We were there for the two nights thanksgivng and the day after. Visiting from California. I found this hotel which was close to our family members house. Not going to lie from the outside it looks cheap and dirty! First impression. We almost left but decided to check in and to our surprise the rooms.were.clean and so were the hallways and all. The hotel was quiet. We requested second floor and they were kind enough to give it to us. The room has travel size soap lotion mouth wash shampoo and conditioner. The rooms were roomy and offered tv/mini fridge and iron. The house keeping staff was kind and provided us fresh towels the times we asked them For. The pool area is tiny but didn’t care bc we had no use for it. The location is nice. Quiet and clean.

The hotel rooms were super spacious and clean -- no carpet, which is a plus. The bathroom was clean as well. The location is near a tramway, but it didn't bother us at all; only noticed it in the morning. The bed is a tad springy, but I slept well. My only recommendation is to minimize the fragrance in the lobby; thankfully, the rooms were pleasantly scented. I would book this hotel again if I were to visit AZ.

Super cute and close to everything in downtown Mesa! All of the front desk staff we interacted were friendly and prompt. The room and lobby were comfortable and clean. Appreciated the compostable plates at the breakfast buffet and the opportunity to support a local small business.
