Breakfast wasn’t Hot breakfast. We travel to Phoenix area often for soccer games and we had to go get breakfast after we saw what was available to eat here in the morning. Part of booking this hotel was that breakfast was included. We won’t be staying here again.

Please see attached photos of the dirty bath tub. I researched a hotel with a bathtub for 2 months. I chose Azure hotel in particular because of the bath tub. I was very upset with what I received amd was not able to use the spa tub.

Although not really close to shopping or restaurants, the hotel was clean & well maintained. It seems to be an older building, but it had a nice pool and hot tub. Staff was courteous and responsive. I would stay there again.

My Wife was locked out of the room and desk attendant would not issue a key because she was not listed on the room. At check-in the attendant should have asked how many people checking in and please provide ID for each person needing a key.
