This place is awful. No hot water. No lighting. Room was on the alley where arguments and dog fighting in the middle of the night. Bathroom not clean.

The hotel has a cute vibe - but the bathroom has the only mirror and the lights are so dim making it difficult to see. Our sink would not drain and we had lukewarm water for our shower. Not our best experience.

Hidden resort fees. No mention of an additional daily fee until I got to the counter, dishonest and unprofessional. If my work hadn’t been the ones to book the hotel I would have cancelled immediately upon hearing about the hidden fees. I’ll never stay at a Clarendon again and I’ll make sure my friends and family do not as well.

Not a four star hotel at all

This is not a four star hotel. It may have been at one point decades ago. But it’s incredibly run down, very sparse (and freezing) rooms. The staff is very nice and it was very clean, but I won’t be staying here again. And they claim the rooms are soundproofed but you’ll hear your neighbors chatting. The fridge and ac/heater are very loud.

Toilet needs to be updated

Everything was great except for the toilet didn’t even flush or work at al had to use the restaurant bathroom during our stay.
