Toilet was dirty upon arrival. The AC were filthy and were sticking out of the unit. Light on the desk did not. Reported to housekeeping and the addressed the issues the following day. The property although pretty is dated and tired

The only great thing about this property is its location. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. The room itself was mediocre. There was no shampoo, body wash or phone to call front desk. The shower head trickled out water.

Used to be gorgeous now it’s a dump.
Room wasn’t ready so we had to take a lesser room in order to be checked in with enough time to make dinner reservations. Only comped $30 and parking. Pool was dirty and hot tub was green. We had a 1pm checkout but had maid service constantly knocking on our door from 11 onwards. Only positive review is the food and coffee at the cafe was marvelous.

Well where do i begin There was an event scheduled at the property and unfortunately it was not divulged when we arrived. We tried to relax by the pool and then we were told to move to a smaller pool because of the event. Once the event started we had to leave the property because the noise was so loud.Upon returning to the property at 9pm the time it should have ended we could hear the music from the street. Our room was right behind the speaker. It did not end until after 10pm. The guests who attended it continued to party until 5am. I want my money back! This was absolutely ridiculous. We wanted to relax and enjoy ourselves. Instead we couldn't even sleep.

The whole staff was amazing whether it was in the coffeehouse, the front desk or the maintenance. Absolutely the best! The customer service was impeccable. They still are working on a couple fine touches to improve things but the upgrades done so far are great. The pool and courtyard area are absolutely gorgeous. The pool is always super clean and they have plenty of chairs and towels for everybody. The location is perfect and safe to walk around old town Scottsdale.

It was a party hotel. We did not expect that. If you like watching men kissing men on the lips and running around in G strings, then that’s the place for you. It was not the place for us.
