Dead cockroaches so the room wasn’t clean my next-door neighbor partied all night long with music that I could hear through the walls and then they proceeded to stand outside in front of my door, smoke cigarettes that was then sucked into my room through the air conditioner. no sleep at all. Horrible stay I said something to the front office they tried to blame it on remodeling. I informed them the man was not remodeling. He was partying. He was still sitting out on the front balcony drinking beer when we left at 4:30 in the morning.

Room was just a disaster, tv didn't work they gave us one bed when we booked for 2 beds, dangerous area, has a gated parking lot for a reason.

The look of the room was OK but the closer I looked more things were dirty. The pillows had stains on them and they start hiding underneath the comforter. It looked like it fell from the ceiling. The whole complex is filled with hookers. But it was comfortable enough for one day. Only thing that was good was the price and the water is hot. The day after we checked out, their system went down, a third-party system where they use it for money transactions. The manager is very much angry about this and gave everyone including me an attitude.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience in my life, and I stayed at many hotels and motels. Nothing was advertised about its location in the danger of its location. The keys didn’t work when I first checked in it took an hour for the management to get the key to work. They had to reprogram the door replace batteries something I’ve never experienced at any hotel hookers walked the facilities. There was no hot water And I checked out two nights early and management refused to give me a refund despite the many and terrible inconveniences we had to experience. I will never stay out of traveling again, and I will never use Expedia or trivago again. And I’m telling everyone that I can.

Worst possible experience

Please, please do not stay here or anywhere west of the 17. Sketchy crowd walking around and there are women who hang out at night offering their services, Requested a refund for the two nights I didn’t stay and still waiting.

It did the job

For the two nights I stayed and got the job done. Besides lacking a lot of basic amenities that other hotels would have such as a hairdryer. It did the job one thing that I would say that was poorly was the condition of the room and the cleanliness of it. My coworker who had booked another room told me that his bedspread had cigarette burn marks in it and in the pictures I will include there was many mysterious stains and questionable marks on walls. If I had to get a hotel in a hurry, I would get this but next time I will probably pass on this property.
