I stayed for a concert at Desert Diamond Arena since it was super close! There’s some shopping things nearby but the arena looks like it’s going to be getting more stuff in the upcoming time. It was a safe location & clean as well, would stay here again!

Pretty loud location since its near a party area considered an entertainment district. Very loud inside hotel until about 1am. TV had no remote so we had one sent up but it didn’t work so we had no tv the entire night and had to listen to obnoxious guests all night in the hotel until 1am with no way to cover up the noise

I arrived to check in and was informed there was no longer a room available for me. I was given a long and unclear reason as to why, other than it had something to do with “maintenance”. My reservation had already been transferred to their sister property across the street. While I had a room to stay in, it was incredibly frustrating that I did not get to stay where I originally booked my reservation 4 months in advance. If there was a maintenance issue with my room, why was I not notified prior to me arriving to check in at 5:30pm?

Pros: Close to shopping, multiple restaurants and entertainment options. Great lobby area for hanging out to snack, drink, play games, plus have the included breakfast. All staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. Cons: The AC unit in the room is VERY loud. We stayed for 2 nights and hardly slept. The room is also pretty small. There wasn’t enough space to open a suitcase except for on the bed. No storage drawers and no closet. There was a hanging rack and an ironing board on the wall that was out in the open. Also, and they might be unable to control this due to the heat outside, but the bathroom sink faucet would not produce cold water. At best, it was lukewarm. Overall a decent place to stay for a night if you’re going to the arena or stadium for an event.

Continental breakfast was a welcomed sunrise. The bed was a one night stay as far as comfort. Meaning it was doable but wouldn’t stay longer than one day in that bed.

The room was nice however, there was no safe and no microwave. We paid $388 for the room (1 night). I would have expected these things to be available. Also, ontop of the high room rate, we had to pay $18 for parking
