Close to Everything!

Perfect home base for a long weekend. This is the perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Tempe Beach Park/Tempe Town Lake. Its a couple of blocks to everything. The bed was a little too soft, but that was the only negative that I could find. Parking is a little wonky, but not a deal breaker either. You just have to pay for it separately.

Loved location, could use some maintenance in the gym. Pool was supposed to be heated, not so much. No hot tub. Awesome staff. Had to pay for parking. Room was very nice. No tub, but shower was really great. Comfortable beds!

Had a horrible sewer smell coming from the shower. Spoke to the front desk 2 times to get it fixed and they told me they sent someone up to fix it and then nothing. Front desk seemed uninterested in my concern and in fixing the issue.

Located in a convenient area of Tempe with multiple public transport nearby. Walking distance to Mills Ave with endless eatery options and ASU campus. Hotel seemed quite full coinciding with spring break and Spring training but room was extremely quiet. I will book again without any hesitation.

ASU trip

It was a nice hotel but I wasn’t expecting to have to pay for parking. That took me by surprise. It was a great location with many things around. They also state that had a “heated” pool, which was not the case. Overall, I would stay again.
