I really enjoyed the 1st time we stayed here because of the accommodations to pets and convenience of being guaranteed 1st floor room. This time we requested but they were too booked to accommodate this. We were never offered any discounts or anything for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we're not sure we would stay again after this bad experience.

It’s not our first time here and we keep going back. The rooms are a little outdated but the bed is very comfortable. The sheets are plush and extra-smooth. There is a free valet service. Breakfast is good. The employees are friendly and courteous.
