Disappointing

Staff was rude and unaccepting of multiple errors in my booking; no apologies or compensation offered for the inconveniences. Property and amenities were beautiful and in exceptional condition; pool was by far the best area! Room was clean, comfortable, and updated. Casino slots were very tight; i appreciate at least some small wins but it appeared not many machines were doing anything worthwhile. With the many options available in the Phoenix area, and for the price we paid, i would probably not return to this property.

The distance from stores, shopping or other dining was inconvenient. However, everyone of the staff we interacted with was kind and professional. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job. The pool was very nice. The extra cushiony pool chairs were amazing and a nice surprise! I was happy with the pool menu since it was different than the room service menu. We are glad we went but doubt we will return due to the distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

I originally booked two queen beds and was given one king size bed. Called to change rooms and was told that was all that was available to call week of stay. I called Week of stay and was told I could Have a handicap room with two beds. Ended up with the handicap room and the bathroom was horrible. The room was dirty. Water was slow going down the drain. Didn’t even receive a discount or complimentary drink. Not satisfied at all.
