Cleaning staff was not very friendly. They never were welcoming or said hi. Our TV didn't work the whole time we were there. We asked to have someone look at it. It still didn't work. The Internet was in and out throughout the day mostly at night.

The hotel was clean and near restaurants. Room had modern amenities, which is a double-edged sword. It would be nice to have bed pillows that are bigger than throw pillows. Please consider giving guests both sizes in their rooms.

Staff was amazing and very helpful! Wish I had realized sooner that, in order to get your room serviced, you had to put the maid service request out. I haven't stayed in a motel for several years. And it used to be that they knocked and cleaned your room unless you had a Do Not Disturb sign. And the maid sign was used for more immediate service. I took my own trash out on a couple occasions until a couple ladies told me.Oh, you have to put your maid service sign out if you want your room done.I had no idea. I would definitely stay there again in a quick moment even with the misunderstanding on my part.

The front desk staff wasn't friendly upkn check in and check out. Our toilet didnt have enough pressure to flush correctly. The bathtub didn’t drain property. Water was backing up inside the tub.

This hotel has such an amazing staff! Everyone is very pleasant and helpful . Clean and quiet rooms. Great breakfast and in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The motel smeels horrible,the carpet smeels like durty rotten socks, for 4 adults I had just 1 shampoo, 1 soup and 1 conditioner. A/C fas blowing into our faces while turns on and the sound of A/C was like loud motor vehicle. One of the beds wasn't even made and I had to go and ask for more sheets...I was given a sheet folded as a ball...I wish that there was an option to get my money back and leave the motel right away after checking in...Horrible Horrible experience.

We stayed here with a family of 6 and had a great experience. There were a bunch of great options for breakfast and our kids were all able to find things they liked. They especially enjoyed the pancake machine. The room was clean and the shower was hot. The front desk was helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
