Worst customer service experience ever

It would help if I was able to actually check into the hotel, I booked the room without realizing there was no pool, and they wouldn't allow me to cancel despite calling almost immediately after booking, and having not checked in. After they refused I arrived to check in with no one to be found at the front counter. There was a sign stating they would be returning, and if something was needed to call a certain extension after ringing the bell calling the extension 10 times and waiting about 15 minutes, I finally called hotels.com and demanded refund as I was not even able to check into the room. Still haven't received a refund, never did get anybody even trying to contact me, even after calling and complaining that nobody was there to check me in. I literally my first ever bad experience in any hotel in my life, and believe me I've stayed in some real dumps traveling for work ...like 1 star dumps. And while those facilities and most likely the area in town of which they are located was complete crap, they still rank higher than an expensive hotel with zero employees working.

So bummed. I booked through Expedia for three nights because my mother was going through cancer treatment close to them. We were unable to make our reservation due to emergency health situation with mom and the hotel would not budge on refunding even two nights. We never stepped foot there and it cost me -most $400 dollars. When I called the hotel, they stated they would refund but can’t because I booked though Expedia. When I called Expedia, they stated the Hotel would not allow the refund for any of it. Don’t book with Expedia or this hotel, they do not work with people at all. That was money I desperately needed for my mom’s uncovered cancer treatment. So incredibly disappointed and bummed

Everything was great except for the floor in the room. I always wear socks. I take my shoes off and after walking around the room putting things away and settling in for the night. I laid down on the bed and the sheet got dirty from my socks. I looked at them and they were black from the dirt on the floor. Not OK.

I was sent to my first room that wasn’t ready, not a big deal, things happen. The front desk ladies were sweet and sent me to another one quickly…. I pulled the sheets back and there was gritty dirt on the sheets and I pulled the mattress cover back to check for bugs (standard) and it looked like someone threw up on it. I obviously was not going to stay… the front desk ladies were understanding and sweet, and agreed to a refund. A few days later the refund still hadn’t been issued. I called and spoke to the manager and he was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever spoken to. He said it was my fault because I didn’t want to stay in the third room… I don’t play “third times a charm” on cleanliness. Absolutely the worst exchange with that man. I feel bad the front desk ladies have to deal with him.

This an extended stay hotel. It does not provide a lot of little things you are use to having, like no coffee maker or hair dryer. We most likely will not use it again. This should be noted on the web site.

Tub had a decent crack/ touch up spot. Came with 1 bottle of shampoo.( tiny) Bed was not a pillow top. Sheets on the lower grade for comfort.

NOT an extended stay property! DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is supposed to be an extended stay property but they don't provide any kitchen set up - no dishes, silverware, coffee maker - also no hair dryer. You had to go get everything yourself from the front desk and you have to pay for the dishes sets which is only 1 set for 1 person! The people who were above us were SO disruptive. We checked in at 3-ish in the afternoon and their kid didn't stop running around until 10:30 at night after I had called three times about the noise! The front desk agent told me "Well, Ms. we only have quiet hours after 10pm." It was 10:30 on my last call... The second night the people upstairs were just as loud until about 10:15pm. Overall, this property is not to an extended stay standard, I myself having worked in hotels for 15 years and managed a Homewood Suites property. I will not stay here again nor recommend.

Walls are so thin that I could hear when other people were low-key talking in the room next to me There was a lady at the front desk who was very rude and not helpful and lazy (she is the lady with some pink in her hair, very thin, and always has a dog with her; I think it is a bulldog or something like that). Well, she was so rude. Others in the laundromat complained about her too. She excused a man of being homeless when he was not; he was a super nice guy who was staying there. He said she was very rude as well. My experience with dealing with her was not pleasant because when the elevator broke, she told me to take the stairs (I had 2 huge suitcases and I am not a man who can lift that kind of weight). I asked her if I can either get a room on the first floor or have help; she looked at me with an attitude and said “nope, you can take the stairs.” She also never greeted anyone (according to people who I talked to in the laundromat and myself). She was also accusing a guy of not feeding his dog, when he fed his dog just fine. She was awful. She makes people never want to come back. Oh, and when some guy asked her to help with the elevator, she walked away and didn’t even bother helping him. She does nothing at her job. She was so slow at even coming to the desk, and had such a nasty attitude. Room was clean and safe.
