Bare bones hotel with lots of extra charges. Has refrigerator, 2 burners and microwave but you have to pay extra $20 for a plate, glass, bowl and cutlery and $25 for pans. They only give you 1 towel and 1 face cloth per person and you have to bring them down to exchange them for fresh ones. No Kleenex or paper towels. Room is very small, bed is almost pushed over to wall making it hard to get in. Provide 1 small bar of soap and 1 small shampoo. Beware of surprise internet charges. Only 1 device allowed and pop up to log in turns out to be a pay for charge of $6.99. Won’t give refund if you inadvertently select it. We visit the area about 3 times a year for 7 to 10 days each time but definitely won’t stay here again.

When checking in I got charged more than quoted on line. When checking out, Paige was the most enjoyable person working at the time. She has a great heart and help me with lyft ride.

There is no insulation in the ceiling floors or walls or even around the outlets. There was so much noise we thought maybe there was a gym above us and we could hear everyone going to the elevator but the staff was very nice about it

It’s convenient

The place is clean, the staff on duty that day was awesome. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night causing a total self evacuation of all residents, that was inconvenient, I don’t blame the staff or Woodspring, false alarms happen. Better safe than stuck in a burning building. The sound proofing is horrible, I can’t express that enough, from slamming doors to heavy feet, it can be tough to get good sleep when people are checking in at all hours.
