I booked a stay here and a woman working for the chain told me that she’d “upgrade” our room - we were transported to an entirely different home stay/hotel that was located in a DEAD street with no life whatsoever. There is also no elevator… our 80 year old grandma and 6 year old had to walk up multiple sets of stairs. 1/10. Please fire the lady!!!
