It’s a good location in the north end. Little more quiet. Unfortunately the room Rooms have a stench of sewer gas. I have stayed before and was the same. Halls are quite noisy also when trying to sleep. Maid staff are lovely.

We checked out after less than an hour and lost 3 days worth of money. They gave us a room in a second building, the hallways were filled with trash bags, the bathroom was filthy, the door was barely working. There were water stains and what else on the roof. It just felt seedy. on the way to the hotel desk from the second building, was accosted 3 times by 'massage' people. Avoid at all costs. To top it all, they would not even give us a refund. Only reason I chose this was because of expedia.

Hotel has potential
Convenient location. Close to plenty of stores and restaurants . Staff are kind and friendly. Rooms are comfortable. I felt safe staying there and walking around late at night.

I have stayed a few times at this hotel. It is 'Guest Friendly' which is great. It is in a good location, close to beach, shops, restaurants. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always do what they can to assist you. The hotel is a little dated and needs a bit of work to bring it up to date, however it is still good value for money.

This property is pretty terrible. Shower barely works, drainage doesn’t work, bathroom smells, blanket cover ripped while I was sleeping and elevator also broke while I was there. Just pay $5 per night and you can get a much better place.

A great, inexpensive Patong hotel - of particular interest to me for the number of very decent 2 bedroom rooms it has (great for kids).. Friendly, helpful staff and good food also.. A stones throw to the beach, and walking distance to everything else in Patong.. Just stayed for 5th time, so for what it is I give it a big thumbs up..👍

Very friendly and helpful people are working at the hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day even supplied bottles of water every day. If you expect luxury property this is not for you. But for what you pay is just excellent. Very comfortable beds and ice cold AC and the rooms look very nice as well. 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and you get clean beach towel from the front desk.
