Worst ever experience
The place is falling apart.its not a boutique hotel..you’d be better sleeping in the street in a shop doorway.air con not working,sheets very stained..holes in the floor,serious trip hazards everywhere dining room a complete joke..I felt sorry for the friendly staff that had to constantly keep apologising for everything..

Overall impressions
The Assada is as some have said somewhat in need of attention. The bedroom and lounge/kitchenette are clean and functional but bed extremely firm to say the least. Bathroom worn out and smelled of damp with fairly constant presence of mosquitoes. Staff helpful when we had a couple of issues with bookings etc though did try and charge me 60,000 baht on check in for six night stay!! Overall ok given my short stay but will not be going back

Very average hotel, would not stay here again
This hotel got 3star ratings, but it didn't look like it at all. Not sure why I chose this hotel at first place. May be just coz it was cheaper than others. but as they say "you get what you pay for". The hotel is very average, nothing great. I went with 1 friend. There is no room boy to carry bags. No restaurant within the hotel, so we had to find food/breakfast every day. There is one restaurant called Red Chair, 5 mins away from Hotel, it was a decent restaurant. they don't accept card payment, need cash every time. There's nothing else to do around this hotel. The pillows were run down & was bumpy, the towels were so old & had holes in it. electricity was fluctuating all the time. There's no intercom in the room. everything seriously needed a renovation.

Great value for money
This hotel is great for the amount you pay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach, food and massages etc. The rooms are beautiful, clean and reasonably well maintained. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you're staying at Kata beach.

Luxury at a value price.
Amazing hotel in a bit off the beaten track location. Beautifully clean and a lovely pool, couldn't recommend it enough if you're happy to walk a 950 metre walk to the centre.

Bad but good?
After a long day in a shuttle van I was eager to check in and rest before going out on the town in the early evening. However, no one was in the office to check me in. I waited maybe 10 or 15 minutes till the front desk attendant showed (she appeared to be on lunch break as she returned with a bag of take out). She profusely appologized with a warm beautiful smile. Next is the room itself. A big bang for the buck! Huge bedroom, bathroom, and even livingroom/kitchenette. The downside was the miniscule lock on the doors and windows. Very easy to break into (but there is a safe provided). Another downside is that when I first arrived I closed the giant blinds to the huge windows in the bedroom -Which broke the curtain rod! It was in very bad disrepair. I told the front desk and the maintenance was prompt in arriving to fix it. But because I did not know there was a safe in the room at the time, I stayed there to gaurd my belongings. It took nearly 1.5 hours to fix. By that time it was getting dark, and I had lost most of my "outting time" for the night (and seeing as I was only staying 1 night, I was a bit disappointed). Overall, though the place is very spacious, and lovely. I would deffinitely go back again. Location: A bit of a walk to anything decent. (on a side street which was a bit hard to locate. No shuttle bus/taxis knew where this place was-Be sure to get a map)

Very nice place!
We had a very nice suite above the pool. Large room with full fridge and good wifi. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Quiet area and a few small restaurants and small bars close by. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. Tuck tuck was 200 baht from the hotel to the beach! Not a great road to walk as no sidewalKs but worth the walk to the beach! We would definitely stay again!!!!

hôtel très moyen, beaucoup de réfections à faire, je me suis blessé avec un clou qui dépassait du plancher, et malgré tout ils ne l'on même pas enlevé, personnel parle pas ou peu l'anglais à la réception, j'ai du changer de chambre car la mienne et celle de ma fille étaient vétustes, cafards etc..... en payant un surplus évidement pas de geste commercial

Hôtel accueillant, dans un environnement calme.
Séjour de 2 semaines en couple à Phuket dont 1 au Assada Boutique Hotel. Hotel très agréable, calme et chaleureux malgré la nécessité d'un rafraîchissement dans la salle de bain. Le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et de bon conseil. La chambre est très spacieuse avec grand lit et climatisation; et de l'autre côté un grand coin salon très pratique avec télévision, grand réfrigérateur et seconde climatisation. A l'extérieur, une grande terrasse très pratique avec accès direct à la piscine.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner servi sur place, mais possibilité de faire des courses pas trop loin. Avec une location de scooter, c'est parfait.

Alles in allem rundum super, ein kleiner Mängel ist das wirklich sehr harte Bett . Wer es mag wird jedoch keine Probleme haben :) Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit tollen großen Badezimmer :) Top Personal! Sind mit meinem Freund sogar kostenlos zum Arzt gefahren. Würden jederzeit wieder dort hin :) Preis Leistung stimmt :)
