Close proximity to everything. After the first night we were asked about our stay at breakfast, we advised them that the side of the hotel that faced onto the road was very noisy We were then contacted by front desk and offered a room at the back of the resort. This section of the resort was perfect and quiet. Highly recommend the Mood Rooms. Excellent service from all staff.

The hotel, pool and restaurant/ bar are up to a good standard of comfort and the staff everywhere are excellent. The only area that could be improved is the dining area (breakfast through to dinner). The indoor area is small and the air conditioning isn’t up to the job, beaten by the high humidity. The outdoor area is more spacious but is lacking in fans, making it uncomfortable at this time of year (May).

The resort is in a prime location, beach is a few steps away from the hotel. Surrounded by shops and restaurants and plenty of things to do. The hotel accommodations is suburb. The rooms are clean, the beds are so comfortable. The lazy river and pool we used everyday. I love the swim up bar. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The staff exceeded all expectations. Will definitely stay here again

This is the perfect place to relax amongst the hustle and bustle. Beautiful food, lovely lovely staff and a glorious setting. The unprompted birds surprise was delightful and a wonderful touch. Would 100 percent stay again!

Bed was straightened and bin emptied but that was all. Floor was not swept. The walkways and lift were very slippery in the rain. Had no hot water and communicating with staff was difficult. Next day still only barely warm after running the tap for 15 minutes. Restaurant food was good and breakfast had a good variety. Room had 'balcony' which was actually two, very small areas with no seating and view of a wall and roof. Staff were always friendly.

The Burasari is a beautiful hotel and has a zen feel to it. It is beautifully designed. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Breakfast was great. Very nice staff.

Just a short walk off the main walking street of Patong Beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby but far enough from the night life of Bangla Road. I recommend this stay for the lovely breakfast buffet and pool to enjoy. It’s giving White Lotus vibes with the interior!

Resort is well maintained and well run. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is amazing and plentiful.. pools not overcrowded. F&B reasonably priced and of very high quality. Didn't use the spa as cheaper options available at doorstep. Location is very convenient to shopping,dining, and entertainment areas. Will definitely be back to stay next visit.
