The staff at front desk did not speak great English . I checked in the first day showed them my passport and got the room key. Later on after my tour, I came back with my luggage from other hotel at 10 pm at night . Our room was on the third floor . I didn’t know where the elevator was . When I asked for help with luggage to my room, the front desk said I need to know where the luggage is coming from . I said I already checked in. She said I need to see your passport. All I asked was for help with luggage and the front desk was rude and unhelpful . When I was leaving the day before I asked for a ride to airport they said they couldn’t help the company they use was booked . I booked a ride through the airport through get your guide . I revived no upgrades in room even though this hotel Is listed as VIP through Expedia. Our tours left early in the morning , I was not even offered breakfast bag , skipping the buffet. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the Buffett and location off the street is quiet.

Fabulous location
What a wonderful hotel. Location was great, out of the thick of things but easy walking distance to the beach and all the action. Staff were fabulous, rooms were lovely and clean, good choices for breakfast. One thing to mention was the day beds by the pool, it seemed people would claim their spot by putting belongings on it and going elsewhere, otherwise couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend.

Extremely friendly staff, tidy, clean and a huge resort. Staff were attentive, polite, and always there for a helping hand. They made our honey moon the most enjoyable. We can’t wait to return back to Deevana.

Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Only thing is, we booked the Garden wing, unless you are only staying for 1 or 2 nights do not book this room. The beds are rock solid and it’s a long walk from reception, rooms are basic and small. We upgraded our room for a really small cost to a deluxe room, when booking I would recommend booking a deluxe room or above, avoid garden wing, otherwise we had a fab stay.

Not luxury hotel but comfortable and clean.
The hotel is clean but old. Room air condition was perfect but bathroom needs more renovation. Seats on the balcony was very dirty but they replaced them after my request to change. Location is very great, cleanup service was excellent. Staff was very friendly.

The property was beautiful! Pool areas were clean and relaxing to be at. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Our cleaning lady, Cream was great! the hotel itself is off the main road so it was nice and quiet! Great location to easily access shops and beach! Would definitely return or recommend to others!
