Great customer service, friendly staff. Nice quiet beach is literally next to it. It was the most comfortable bed I slept in and I stayed in a few hotel, Dewa was where I rested best. I didn’t like that the shower has no privacy if the room is for couples is fine but I was traveling with a friend and I had to take a shower with no privacy. Also I didn’t like that the shuttle to the airport is really not a free service they provide is not a shuttle since u have to pay $210 bhat per person that’s more like a taxi service but you can take a taxi for $200-$300 for your group instead of paying per person through the hotel. I did love the fact that they have showers for you to use after checking out if you need to explore your last hours before heading to the airport, when u come back for your luggage and you want to refresh yourself you can shower I thought that was a great service provided to their guest. Overall I would definitely stay here again in a room that the shower has privacy not a glass clear door facing the bed for everyone to see you taking a shower

Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Allerdings nicht das eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Eher Mittelklasse-Standard. Wir hatten die Garden Pool Villa mit 129 qm gebucht. Wohlgemerkt die höchste Zimmerkategorie im Hotel. Leider beziehen sich die Größenangaben auf die Gesamtgröße des Grundstücks. So gab es 25 qm Zimmer, 6 qm Bad, 15 qm Garten, 20 qm Pool und rund 60 qm nicht nutzbaren Eingangsbereich. Alle Villen sind gleich groß, nur die Größe des Eingangsbereichs variiert. Die Fotos im Internet und auf Buchungsseiten entsprechen nicht der Realität. Wir hatten auf unserer 3 wöchigen Thailandreise insg. 8 Stopps. Dies war das teuerste und hochwertigste Hotel, das wir gebucht haben. Allerdings war es auch das schlechteste. Alle anderen 3 und 4 Sterne Hotels in denen wir immer Pool Villen hatten waren deutlich besser. Der Pool ist 5 Grad kälter als das Meer und 3 Grad kälter als der Hauptpool und der kühlste, den wir in den letzten 3 Wochen hatten. Die Poolpumpe im Privatpool funktioniert nicht, sodass viel Schmutz darin schwimmt, da das Wasser nicht durch den Filter gepumpt wird. Keine Liegenauflagen für die Sunbeds. Es gibt eine Minibar im Zimmer. Allerdings ist nur Wasser inklusive. (Im Vergleich zu allen anderen Hotels ist es in Thailand mittlerweile üblich, dass einige Softdrinks wie Cola, Sprite und Chips bzw. Cracker gratis sind. Das Moskitonetz ums Bett macht ohne „Dach“ absolut keinen Sinn. Auch an den Türen zur Terrasse gibt es keinen Moskitoschutz. Personal unfreundlich u desintressier

Dewa is a great spot to stay
One night before we flew back to Bangkok. They made sure our rooms were close together, they were super efficient at the front desk and all the staff performed their duties in a professional manner. Located on the beach, 10 minutes from the airport you can’t beat this place if you need to catch an early flight the next morning.

Exceptional service and facility. It is located next to a state park so it is quiet but still easy walking distance to restaurants and the beach is literally across the street. Really enjoyed our stay here, very friendly and accommodating.

I love that. It was so close to the airport, we were very tired after our long trip. Everything was great. I really love the place but didn’t have enough closet space for my clothes or luggage. The surrounding area was great plenty of shops bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

very quiet area of phuket. the property is very close to 7/11 and money changer. the front pool was a little murky. the spa massage was amazing. very lovely staff. taxis just outside the front door. beach over the road.

Not a five star hotel
The venue is nicely designed, but cleanliness is an issue. All areas of the hotel were covered in dead twigs and leaves from the park across the road, including the pools. And there was no sign of any attempt to clean this away for the duration of our stay. In the bedroom there was no air conditioning, just an ineffective ceiling fan. During the summer this made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. The shuttle to the airport was good, but our early flight meant we wouldn’t be able to attend breakfast which was supposed to be was included in our stay. On the morning when we left there was packed breakfasts ready for others who were also leaving early, but this was never offered to us in advance so there was nothing prepared for us, again despite breakfast being included in the stay. Staff were not unpleasant, but pointedly less friendly compared with other places we have stayed in Phuket and other areas of Thailand.

The Dewa is close to the airport which makes it very convenient to transfer to the airport. The hotel is clean and well serviced. The staff are attentive and very hospitable.

The place to relax
The staff were professional, attentive and helpful. They contributed strongly to my wife and I having a wonderful stay. We had a pool villa, which was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a big bathtub and a separate shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety, both hot and cold options. It is walking distance to cafes and restaurants and other stores.
