We really aren’t the ones to leave reviews but this is our honest opinion as frequent travelers around the world. Firstly, we booked the “all inclusive package” which was a sham. We booked this resort based on the description of several restaurants. Upon check in, we were told that we are only able to eat at one restaurant, ocean view restaurant, and not others and we would have to pay extra to eat at the other restaurants at the resort. Secondly, there are multiple bars at the resort, again, we were told that we can only have drinks at ocean view bar. The all inclusive package doesn’t include everything and is VERY LIMITED to their house alcohol. Room service listed on their description is an extra charge and the “mini bar” and snacks listed on their website ISNT included in their all inclusive package and is for a charge. The restaurants uses one set menu for the 5 nights we were there and doesn’t rotate. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner menu is the same unless they have buffet which is random. The house cleaning would always provide one towel when there are two people in the room. We had to call almost every night for towels. You are given these coupons to carry around to show for dinner and lunch. If you don’t have it, you will need to go back and obtain it. Same with drinks as it is a coupon system and without it, you won’t be served.
overall very disappointing stay.
Customer service of staff could be better. Sam the trainee bartender was the only nice staff!
