I loved everything about the resort and the surrounding area was beautiful. Just cross the road ( with help by the hotel’s security)and there’s a beautiful beach . Breakfast was amazing so much variety. Thank you for making our dreams come true

The resort itself is great, very comfortable, the service was 5 star. The resort does have an incline as it’s on a hill side so lots of stairs, to the pool, to the restaurant’s . They do have a car that taxis you around. Something to consider for those less mobile! The views of the water are also a pleasure to wake up to!

Unique point was the location as Patong beach was just 2 mins walk. It’s very spacious and easy walkable to shopping etc. Staff was amazing with always smile. At the check in, the hospitality was great with free fresh fruit offered. We loved the hotel for everything. It’s great we booked it long before our travel as the booking was full nearly 1 month before.

Amazing hotel with 2 pools, lots of areas and amazing food options. Just 5 minute walk into the busy area of town with some restaurants and cheap food stalls right along the beach front. We had the ocean jacuzzi room which was very luxurious!

When we arrived at Diamond Cliff Spa & Resort, my wife and I were immediately impressed with the beautiful grounds with all the magnificent trees and flowers. The lobby area was beautiful and the staff were very professional and accommodating. Everyone from the desk, to the restaurants and to the security staff were absolutely amazing! The views were breathtaking and every aspect of what we were looking for in a resort for our honeymoon were exceeded!

Lovely place to stay!

Diamond cliff was a pleasure to stay at for our trip to Phuket. Upon arrival we were upgraded to have an ocean view. At my request they also surprised my partner on his birthday with a cake in the room! We included the breakfast in our stay which was a great idea because the buffet had a lot of options and helped us jump start our days. The pools and common areas are also very nice and staff were pleasant throughout our whole stay. We would certainly recommend!

First of all, my deepest apologies because the Check-In review was submitted incorrectly with a poor score. Unfortunately, we couldnt find a way to revise it. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in lately. The whole experience is wonderful; from the time you check-in, the rooms, the in-room service, Spa...THE SHUTTLE service!! They thought of everything to make it an enjoyable stay!

I paid extra for all inclusive to find out it is only somewhat inclusive. They should only have a half board service all inclusive is a rip off and falsely advertised. I was accused of taking wash clothes I told them to check my luggage!!! I had to explain to them when the maid cleaned my room she took all the dirty linen she never replaced them. I had to call and ask for towels to be brought up. Definitely not pleased with the front desk staff, and those that weren't friendly until they saw me tipping the staff that was amazing. Work on treating everyone the same, some of us tip better than them anyway!!! The property was absolutely amazing and very clean despite all the other things mentioned.
