Waited twenty minutes for the elevator. Hotel was not clean, and people were not nice. I waited so long for the elevator because the staff was using it. Also, the hotel was under construction, and did not let us know in advance. I woke up to banging every morning. I called multiple times for the same request and waited yet again. Hotel was also overpriced for the experienced. Overall, had a bad time and would not go back

We absolutely loved the property—it's stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we checked in, everyone was incredibly warm and friendly. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks and instantly made to feel at home. One of the highlights was the thoughtful tour of the resort grounds and amenities we received upon arrival. It was such a great way to get familiar with everything the property had to offer, and it really set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat. A special mention goes to Hansahl, whose service truly stood out. He was attentive, professional, and made every interaction feel personal and memorable. His hospitality made a big impression on us. Throughout our stay, we felt completely safe and well cared for. The entire atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and peaceful—everything we could have hoped for. Dinso Resort exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. The staff and service were outstanding throughout our stay. They went the extra mile, were warm, welcoming and accommodating. Stay here!! It’s UNBELIEVABLE in every single way. Staff, food, drinks, cleanliness - we loved every minute of our stay. My daughter had a tiny bout of sickness and the manager came to our room to check on her - we had beautiful fresh ginger sent up. The kids room is lovely and activities and such an amazing vibe for parents too.

This property is still new and shiny! The rooms are stunning as is its jungle location that is walkable to lots of dining and shopping. Even the beach is only a 20 min walk. It is heavily visited by "influencers" - so fair warning if you find that obnoxious. A good mix of families and couples. Service can be a bit slow but staff are lovely and eager to help. The buffet breakfast is top notch!!

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful hotel which is a calm oasis despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Patong. In particular the restaurant was superb at both breakfast and other meal times and amazing customer service from the restaurant staff. Although the prices are more than what you would pay elsewhere in Patong it was excellent food quality and a wide array of choices so you could easily go half board. There was also happy hour three times a day and drinks were reasonable prices and good sizes. You can also have room service to your villa. We had a pool villa which was really special with a large private pool including a section of jets. Upstairs was also lovely with loungers, outdoor bath/shower and Bali bed with inbuilt fan. We also had a massage in the spa which was a wonderful experience. We didn’t spend too much time by the pool but although there didn’t look many loungers there was always a space when we wanted one and nice chilled vibe. There is some construction ongoing next door but we didn’t hear any disturbance Overall a wonderful start to a special holiday.

Amazing stay!

Hotel staff and grounds are amazing, attention to detail is spot on. We had an issue with our room and ant but staff went above and beyond to resolve it, would definitely recommend staying here.

Dinso - yes yo!

The food is amazing and the room service is 24 seven. The funicular required to go from pool level to the pool villas upstairs is quite slow but is unique and enjoyable. The greenery in the resort is a welcome change to looking at concrete roofs all the time. The staff is extremely accommodating and happy to go above and beyond to make your trip comfortable.

The facilities and the standard of the rooms was excellent. The majority of the staff was great however, I did find some of the staff to lack basic courtesy and not all residence was treated the same. Two examples, 1. Check in was delayed and I had to wait, no apology or complimentary drink offered although other residents was offered but not to me. This happened straight in front of me and I had to remind the receptionist and only then did I receive a apology and offered a drink. 2. Breakfast, waiting to be served my cooked egg, only to be ignored by the shelf who rather serve the white customer first. I brought this up with management, they apologised and sorted my breakfast. All staff should be trained better and for them to learn to treat all customers the same regardless of their skin colour. Other than that all good.
