Overall this hotel was the best we've been. Pros: - Gorgeous mountain view and panoramic window. - Free shuttle. It was so convenient to get anywhere we need. - Perfect for the price - There is a kitchen - Balcony to dry your swimsuits - 2 air conditioners! - Friendly staff Cons: - Cups and plates were old and it was impossible to clean them to the original white condition.

Only stayed one night to recover from flight, so cannot say much. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Location is close to grocery and food, but far from airport. If taking taxi expect to spend 700+ baht.

The only rude people in Thailand?
While the staff was pleasant and helpful, the management/front desk was terribly rude. The shuttle to the airport was almost double what they claimed when I booked. It was also very noisy, with children running around and screaming in the halls.

Good value for money, clean and nice size rooms
I'd heard some great reviews about this place and they are all pretty accurate. The rooms are good size, clean and well kitted out for the price. The best thing is the staff - very friendly and helpful, and there is a shuttle bus that will take you to where you want to go in the area. Night market and Tesco local, Bang Tao beach which is stunning is five mins by shuttle or 20 minute walk. Wifi is excellent and they can do laundry if you need or you can wash in your room and hang outside on the balcony. Slight downside is some of the fixtures in the room are a bit flimsy eg tap of sink fell off, and I wasn't a huge fan of walking back at night as the land around the hotel is a bit under-developed, but it is close enough to the main road that it is fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Private apartment with the feel of a hotel
Very comfortable. Location may be a bit secluded to walk in and out at night, Grab car is a good option. Otherwise you can ask the concierge for assistance. Overall a good stay and value for money.

A peaceful hideout place to relax
Very nice place. View was breathtaking and peaceful compared to Patong beach. Service was 1st class and the rooms were very neat and clean. Only setback is the taxi was expensive....... about 700 bhat to Hill Myna but luckily once you're there, they have a fee shuttle service to Bang Tao beach and other nearby places. On the whole, it was a very good trip.

A Pleasant Treat From Hello To Goodbye
Staff were warm and pleasantly welcoming. The place was clean and since it's really new, it's still very clean! Location-wise we have a Tesco at a small Mart nearby. The place is a Condotel so space wise it's small even the pool. But surely it's very hyggeligt. We enjoyed our stay very much.
