Room condition is old but cleanliness is good. Quiet at night. Not too near patong beach but there's free shuttle provided. Breakfast was great with vegetarian friendly food.

Nice resort with very friendly and helpful staff. Property location is decent with mini bus going to / back from Patong. The breakfast is pretty good with a variety of choices and we are glad to stay at this hotel. The only issue is the car noice as our room location is rather close to the main road. We stayed at the very top of this resort, the car service for pick up and drop off was amazing, no waiting just ready when we were ready. The view from the Sky view villa was incredible. 10/10

Beautiful, but noisy
Important to note. - located on main road to patong( traffic noise all day and night) - all rooms face road/ close enough that you can’t avoid noise -45 min from airport (take a Grab- we paid about $700 badt, cheaper than airport cabs) - not short walking distance from anything but restaurant across the street (food is amazing) Other than that… - room is beautiful, clean and comfy - 2 pools, both are beautiful and clean - staff are super nice (slight language barrier, translate app might have came in handy) - shuttle runs on time from hotel. takes a while for patong pick up, I t’s not 10 minutes after the hour posted in shuttle schedule. - lots of steps, if you have trouble walking or climbing stairs, not recommended

Great location, quiet & relaxing but still near enough to all the activities & beach at Patong. Excellent hotel shuttle service to/from town. Great plentiful staff, every one of them, from reception, porters & house keeping really friendly & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Built on hillside so great sea & coast views but inevitably some stairs/steps. Reception operate excellent “on demand” (free) transfer services to/from higher points of the resort. Nice restaurant (with terrace) and good breakfast with ample (international) items available, although it would benefit from air conditioning inside the restaurant. A delight to stay there …a number of CEOs from the major worldwide hotel chains should try a stay ….as they could learn a lot about how to run a hotel where the guest is still the priority and not treated as an inconvenience.
