We really Liked the room. Very large with great balcony. comfortable bed. AC worked very well. The dining area for breakfast was lovely and the food served was prepared well with lots of variety. Coffee machines were great with options for cappuccino. The hotel lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The tour guide desk by front door provided lots of help with ideas and suggestions for tours. The shower didn’t work well. One shower head was broken. One was partially plugged. However reported it and they came right away to fix it. Unfortunately it still wasn’t working properly afterwards. Overall it’s a great hotel and would definitely stay again.

The pools and the ambiance around the hotel looks very nice. However, sheets and the pillows smells pretty bad. Doesn’t look too clean. No conditioner, just shampoo and one little bar of soap. Front desk not too friendly.

Room was clean and tidy.We found reception staff a little unfriendly, breakfast was the same everyday and very bland. Hotel had 2 restaurants, but there was no menu's or any information to premote them . The hotel had only bar's near the pool's which closed at about 6.00pm,there was nowhere have a quiet drink with friends after that.

The hotel has a few market stalls outside, a short walk to Kata beach and to the Night market. It was a nice clean hotel and nice pool options :)

This a lovely resort..The resort is a traditional Thai setting set around the beautiful and gardens and one of best set out pools in Thailand.. I would totally recommend a pool acess pool for your stay . There's mini mart just outside resort with restaurants markets and 400 metres to beach .. Kata area is great for families and couples who Don't what the circus of Patong..

Kata Palm is real relaxing with an amazing pool. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is located 10min from the beach. The breakfast buffet has a wide spread on food (Thai and Continental). The street in front of the hotel is busy with tourist, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful pool and 10 minutes walk from Kara beach
Thai style reception area. Checkin and out takes a while because of large quantity of rooms and smaller reception area. Pool a highlight. Shower only. 10 minutes from kata beach. Lots of restaurants, massages, street food. Breakfast plentiful.

Good breakfast and hotel choice for the price I pay. No frills hotel, 5 to 10 mins walk to beach. Kata beach round the corner rocks, good place for shallow snorkelling.
