I booked and paid for a Delux room with pool access. On arrival they only had a standard room available. They claimed that your web site overbooked the room. After 3 days they agreed to move me to a Delux room but without direct pool access.

Scam!! Avoid at all cost! Won't give me a room upon checking in, and tried to charge me 1000 baht more for an "upgrade" ! Horrid experience!

No wifi, air con leaks onto the furniture and onto the floor. Water damage to furniture. Window opens to a crawlspace outside. No one at reception desk. Booked for 26 nights but left after 11 nights.

Inget att anmärka på förutom sängen. Som att sova på ett stengolv ungefär. Förutom det var allt väldigt bra för priset! Stort rum och fräscht.

Déçu de l’hôtel
Dès l’arrivée à la réception il ne trouve pas ma réservation alors que je lui montre clairement avec mon téléphone la réservation et le numéro, j’ai pris une chambre double deluxe pour moi et ma femme on me donne une chambre simple avec deux lit séparée! Sous prétexte que c la dernière chambre en gros c’est sa ou rien sachant que j’ai déjà payer. Bref déçu.
