The pool is great, the bar's & staff as well. Room preparation and the cleaning options was above & beyond, only enough white light for 1 person to read at a time. I agree with energy saving lights, you have to use white light for reading. Over-all i would give it a 4/half out of 5

The rooms definitely need some maintenance. ( balcony door didn’t lock, bath tub corking needs attention etc) . But overall the rooms had everything you would need. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic, especially for children. Kids club is pretty average. The toys and equipment are very dated and there’s no option to leave the kids there without an adult in attendance. The breakfast is amazing. All tastes and cultures are catered for. The standout is the staff. Everyone from the cleaning staff, the reception staff and catering couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. In particular Khom in the breakfast room and also A in the pool area were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in many novatels but this is the worst experience I have ever had in novatel first i got food poisoning second i come to have a relaxing time but what i got is noise day and night the building is in renovation and all day the builder's are drilling you can not relaxing not even by the pool it is so bed nobody cleans nothing i will never stay in this place ever again as i pay all redy i can not relocation
