The staff were absolutely amazing! Very helpful and kind especially the activities team! Asha and Dino were incredibly kind and motivating. Aqua aerobics became one of my daughter and my favourite part of the trip!

Room and ammenities within the rooms, especially the bathroom, were excellent. Only one pool accessible for people in wheelchairs and even that didn’t have handrails on any of the steps into the pool. This took a bit of manoeuvering to get in and out. Breakfast was excellent with so much choice. It should’ve had some handrails should’ve had handrails to get into one of the pools.

Great venue and very central to everything in Patong. Would have rated it higher but it had some renovations going on which at times were a bit loud. Short term problem no doubt

This is our second visit to Graceland and we enjoyed it again but it is aging a bit . The pools are in need of repair and the room was not as good like previously. The breakfast was still of a high standard seen it is a bulk large resort . Overall a good resort needing updating and lots of pool repairs

Good Choice

We enjoyed a wonderful 5-night stay at Graceland, located in the vibrant heart of Patong Beach, with our family of four, including two children. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of delicious options. Our family room was spacious, comfortably accommodating all four of us, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The only minor drawback was a small issue with the shower that could not be resolved during our visit. Overall, we highly recommend Graceland for a memorable family stay.

Comfortable & clean rooms. Lovely staff, most of whom are super friendly & helpful. Plentiful breakfast, plenty of choices but sadly let down by the quality of the food. Ok location with beach across the road, a bit of a walk towards the centre of town.

From check in to check out our stay was great. All the staff were friendly and very efficient. Our room was tended to each day with clean towels, made beds and fresh water. The large aircon foyer was a welcome after a long day in the warmth and there were many options at the breakfast buffet. With the size of the resort and the people staying there it never felt busy which was nice. I would stay here again and definitely recommend for families/couples or anyone. Great walking distance to shops, dining and beach.
