Nice place, nice staff, save money.
I Love dorm and their facility that they provide. Their staffs are so nice and welcome to service and flexible for our condition, for example, we check out in the morning for go out to snoking trip and we can come back to use bathroom and pantry in the evening before go to the airport that they help us a lot.

BEST HOSTEL EVER!!!
Of all the hostels on our 25 day trip in Thailand, this was our favorite and the most affordable. We have a room on the 6th floor and the view of the city and hills was breathtaking....especially at night. Our bed was fantastic!!! We had complimentary water, soda and soups. The only drawback is there's not much nearby this hostel but a taxi, tuk-tuk or motorcyle ride can easily take you to some amazing nightlife.....Patong Beach!!!!

Basic but very clean
we stayed in a double room in the dorm and although it was basic, literally just a bed and shelf, it was very clean as were the bathrooms and kitchen area. there is a communal space which is nice for chilling in. it's basic so don't expect too much but it's in a nice area of the old town too, easily accessible to the beaches.

Surprisingly good experience.
Value for money. I tried to book the cheapest possible hotel in ohuket as we were suppose Ito stay a night and leave for phi phi next morning. We stayed in sino inn backpackers room for 2 with a friend of mine. I was amazed to see that it was a new hotel with clean rooms and toilets (shared for whole floor). Friendly staff. Hired a scooter from reception and went to patong. It was almost half an hour ride. Hotel was at almost 10 minutes drive to fairy terminal. Did not go to phuket city centre though it didnot seemed to b very far.

my stay here was comfortable. stayed here just for a night before moving the phi phi. easy to find. has mini marts and bars nearby. they have complimentary drinks and instant noodles. the room was very nice and quiet. nothing to complain. will definitely come again if I am in Phuket Town. Great value for money.

Not the best location. If you do not have transport, it can be a issue slightly out of town centre. Morning breakfast is a issue if that's what you want. Evening is fine most shops are open with a nice Essan Restaurant next door. Hotel management is "Generous to provide 2 pkts instant noodles" when needed. That' the correct attitude. Only snag is the Bed length is meant for Asian. As most Farang are taller in height. Bed Width is fine. Overall I a fine hotel worth staying for the valve if you do not mind the location. Aside to Hotel management. Keep up the Good work. Thank you.

Great for Transition
We stayed here as we arrived in Phuket and were heading to Koh Lanta by ferry the next morning. We were 10 minutes from the ferry. Next door was a great Thai restaurant and the place was modern and spotless. We were pleasantly surprised to find the spacious room and we had a view of the observatory when lit up at night was a beautiful sight. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect perfect place to stay in Phuket
We've stayed 3days when we arrived in phuket. The days was too perfect and so comfortble. So I've booked 2 more days just before we leave Thailand.( I wish I could stay 1 week but the hotel was already fully booked...) Stuffs are always nice and when we need helps they always helped with smile:) I will surely book again if i go to Phuket one day.

Upon arriving in Phucket town, Thailand we discovered this hotel was about 40 minutes from the beach in a very bad area. It was not close to any restaurants or anything so we decided we wanted to move. I told the girl the day we checked in as we had paid for a 6 day stay through Expedia which I was supposed to be able to cancel 24 hours in advance. Stayed one night and they told me that I had to pay for 2 and call Expedia for a refund. Called Expedia twice and they basically said that once you check in it was up to the hotel for a refund where the hotel told me that they get paid when we check out and will credit when Expedia phones them. Expedia never called and I was never refunded for the 4 days on a hotel that could be cancelled. 2 different stories from Expedia and the hotel with nothing resolved. Very disappointed in both Expedia and the Sino Inn.
