Everything went well up until check out time. I was accused of stealing this small blue bag that was hanging on my door handle. You are not allowed to leave until all rooms have been inspected. Other than that, everything else went well. Good area.

Fantastic staff and pool but noisy at night.
Hotel reception staff are fantastic! Breakfast was a solid selection, fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs made however you like, Thai food, pastries, salads and cereals. Firm comfy beds and lovely rooftop pool. The hotel maybe a good walk away from Bangla road but despite there being many families in the hotel there were definitely plenty of loud ppl there to party. Lots of noise from other hotel rooms all night, fire alarm went off at 1am due to someone smoking weed etc. Very busy road out front but usually a member of hotel staff available to assist crossing. It is situated the nicer end of the beach and takes about 10/15mins to walk there. Beach towels available at reception. Some of the local restaurants opposite the nearby firestation were great and very reasonably priced. Overall good value for money but noisy.

We had to change rooms due to the amount of noise from the streets. They were very accommodating and changed our room. The rooftop pool is nice and it’s open late. The beds are rock hard and not comfy.
