A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The permanent team of gardeners keep the hotel and grounds looking top notch. Some of the properties are quite high up a steep hill but they have carts to accommodate guest movement. Breakfast was amazing with ample choice.

Great view of the bay right when you check in. Staff are very nice and friendly. All speak english. We did have an issue with the AC but we were accommodated extremely nicely and they fixed the issue right away. Great buffet. We are muslim and they had halal options available, labeled as well. They can also shuttle you to popular locationa like Patong. It is far from the airport but time flies as the drive is scenic. We got the 2 bedroom villa. It was perfect and amazing. This is bay far the beat hotel, resort and room/villa I've ever stayed at. Room servicw food was delicious. American cuisine reminds you of home and the Thai food is authentic.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The facilities are aging and the services are declining. The facilities are aging and the services are declining. The staff was friendly Unfortunately I don't think I'll be staying there again.
