Elevator from lobby to upper floors. Large lobby area. Food available (breakfast lunch dinner) Shuttle services to and from airport free. Friendly and attentive staff. Maybe a choice by guest but no wash cloths or face towel just a bath towel. No chair in the room to use the table/desk Otherwise it is suitable for my overnight stay. And clean sheets znd comfortable bed

WARNING: BED BUGS. They do not care at all that they have bed bugs in their mattresses. I booked Airport Suites Hotel through Expedia and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. I booked in Canadian currency, but the hotel switched the charge to USD without my authorization and billed my card incorrectly. I had to contact Expedia to get the difference refunded. The staff at the desk were uninviting and gave off the impression that we were bothering them when speaking to them. Requests for extra towels were refused. Only one towel per guest. There were no hand towels and no wash cloths in the room; I had to specifically ask for them. And I only got wash cloths, no hand towels. The rooms were poorly maintained. no hooks for towels, no toilet paper holder, and rooms were not cleaned unless specifically requested. So I would only get fresh towels when the rooms were cleaned. Worst of all, my mother ended up with bed bug bites all over her body from her hotel bed. Because of this, we had to cut our stay short. We are now dealing with the added stress and cost of making sure we don’t bring bed bugs home in our luggage or clothing. I advised the hotel and they didn't even flinch at the concern. I contacted Expedia for a refund and its not going well. This property is unsafe, unsanitary, and dishonest in its billing practices. Avoid this hotel!! I hope Expedia reconsiders whether it should even be listed on their site

I booked a stay here via Expedia. When arrived at the hotel, they said I’ve missed my check in and the dates were wrong. I showed them my booking and the correct dates on the Expedia App. They refused to help me sort out the issue wanted to pay for no show (entire cost of the stay)and make another booking. When I asked for a Manager to assist, the notion was refused. I kept my cool and I asked for Taxi to find other accommodations elsewhere. They refused to call a taxi and I was left to walk to another hotel. Trinidad and Tobago is not necessarily a safe place and it was definitely a terrible experience overall. I would not recommend.

Wonderful convenient comfortable location to stay indoors or travel out of the hotel ,pool had swim up bar which.was closed during my stay however it was there ,kitchen for quick meals ...maybe a little attention to small house keeping details minor stuff like towels refills of products overall I would stay again .

The pick up and drop of service is a sure plus. For a hotel they could provide more room service in terms of tidying rooms. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator however the freezer compartments was not clean also they could provide better towels. Otherwis a great stay easy to move around ..a bit noisy at night with other guest
