The front desk staff were so kind, all the staff was! The room was beautiful and it was so convenient to be right on site for an event happening that evening. The steakhouse staff was also incredible and the food was amazing!

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were quite spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was honestly amazing. They knew it was my wedding weekend and they upgraded us to a suite free of charge which we totally appreciated. We didn't get an opportunity to go to the casino but considering it was a casino hotel there was no noise issues. We loved that there was a Starbucks right inside the hotel. There was a ton of parking which was great. Check out was convenient as well. We were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend to everyone.

Last time I stayed at the Pickering Casino resort I gave them a 5 star..It was an absolutely amazing room and the service was amazing!! But this time I had nothing but issues. Starting with Hotels.com. It was late and I needed to get off the 401 I was Exhausted! So I quickly booked a room at the Pickering resort using hotels.com. Once I got to the hotel it turns out I booked the wrong night..Exhausted Mom mistake, my fault. The front desk girl said I just need to cancel and re book with hotels.com they will reimburse me since they took the money not them..I called and the guy said he was cancelling the room and getting me a refund within 24 hours. So I booked another room at the hotel and also told the front desk lady to cancel the room that I accidentally booked on the wrong date. Well the next morning comes around my kids are a bit lazy so I called front desk to get a late check out I was told No by the Man on the phone so I rushed my kids out of the room so I wouldnt get a fee. Later that evening I got an email about my "Check In" for the night that was cancelled by not 1 person but 2. So how do I still have a reservation? Well the guy from hotels.com and the girl from the casino resort BOTH didn't cancel my reservation and now I'm out 290$ due to employees mistakes from both sides. How is it that I get stuck with the bill in the end when I wasn't even allowed in the room for an extra hour??? Major thumbs down I will probably never use either again after this.
