A bit scungy, pretty awful shower, but the location is perfect and the staff were really lovely. You get what you pay for I guess. Breakfast was decent, and parking was easy and felt relatively safe.

The welcome and check in process was friendly and smooth. The room itself has been newly redecorated and felt like amazing value for money. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor with a beautiful out over the pool and bay. We drove up and had our boat with us and there was plenty of free onsite parking to use. Location is great too.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The room was quiet and the newly renovated rooms look nice. The beds were really soft and not that comfortable. The room was cold and the heater in the room didn’t heat well but the lovely staff came and brought us an extra heater.

Great stay, great staff. Highlights- shower pressure is great, shower is very spacious. Bathroom has heating, and heated towel rail in working condition. Nice mood lighting, good size tv and working sky tv. The older man on the front counter was absolutely lovely, we will come back purely to chat to him again. Highly recommend! Absolutely fantastic for the price. We have a “SNUG” room

Lovely balcony and view, good location, modern. Would be good to have the basics for eating, eg - a glass for water, kettle, cutlery, small fridge. Also, ve prepared fir a climb up the stairs if you're on the top floor. All in all, a very good price for what we got.

Could not rate our experience here highly enough. From the minute we arrived (free parking just steps from the front door) the first impressions were very pleasing We were checked in by a smiling, very helpful member of staff and given a room with a stunning view of the bay. Beautiful Room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet Breakfast was excellent, easily found and served in a room with an excellent view Access to the town and harbour by foot could not have been easier. Great staff, very helpful
