The room was on the front of the hotel which was ok but their was no air conditioning in the room and it was very warm. I did have to keep the window open due to the heat but was then kept awake with noise from outside which included being awoken by hotel staff disposing of glass bottles and shouting to each other. I was up early to catch a ferry and so needed sleep after a long drive and another long drive ahead but unfortunately didn't manage to sllep well.

Good customer service Some areas need an upgraded such as air con, only old heater in the room. No cooling option. A bit of dust around in the room but overall clean and tidy. Bed and pillows could be upgraded. Good amenities and comfy chair and easy to use TV in the room.
