Room very clean, staff is excellent, breakfast is very good, but dinner has been only good.

Very nice hotel with garden like setting and terrace. Comfortable spacious room near the beautiful City Park and Heroes Square. Great breakfast buffet. We had several dinners too. Food is excellent!

An enjoyable stay at a centrally located apartment. Easy access to downtown landmarks, by tram, metro, or walking. An added bonus was the shopping mall only 200m away. A well equipped studio apartment, very happy with it.

Very convenient location for all attractions and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were specious enough for us. The Continental breakfast was good too.

A lovely hotel spotlessly clean right in the centre of the city / would stay again and the food is fantastic and ate a few times/ my only feedback is we upgraded our room to a privileged room ( although it includes free drinks - I don’t drink alcohol) we did it as thought it has a guest lounge as I’m disabled and after a days walking like to sit chat and play cards with my husband but there is no longer a lounge which was a bit disappointing

We had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night! We got the Junior Suite with free access to the spa, but the reception staff told us we had to pay for it. She was not well informed. It was not until another staff member told us the next day that we did have free access to the spa. The hotel compensated us for the false fire alarm by telling us at check-out that no charges would be taken for the items in the bar. There was no point, as we didn't take anything and we were only told at check-out. They could have told us before check-out if they really intended to compensate us.
