It’s a great place to stay at a very reasonable price . The room was very clean. Hotel is right in the middle of everything. Venezian to the right , across the street from Bellagio, Planet Hollywood to the left. Has a food court with fast food stuff, a deli and Binions Steak house, although closed for renovations. We went right next door to Paris for Ramsey steakhouse. Has a poker room and all common table games. Nice pool and gym. Also connected to the Paris hotel and casino which has other restaurants also.

Always a very good place to stay for the price but like they say you pay or you get what you pay for in my room and it wasn’t 100% clean there was papers underneath the TV stand. The coffee machine had no coffee. The beds were uncomfortable. You could feel the springs I mean I get that we booked third-party and had to stay in the valley Tower, but we pay the money like everybody else does we should have someplace comfortable to stay we like staying here like the property but if you guys could fix those few amenities that would be awesome

Ok the fact we had no desk for check was terrible. I could not check in due to a code for door and room acess never being sent to my email resulted in me not checking for 3hours until I was told about a sister property 3 blocks from where I was stay had to walk in the rain to the siater property for thwm to grant me acess codes to get into my room now at 3am. I wouls likw to be reemburst for that night and day. My TV had no working batteries and once I go batteries the TV volum did not work.

Things to know: it’s managed by nearby restaurant so it’s important that you check in during certain hours so they can greet you! Loved the location and property

Staff was unhelpful and consistently gave misinformation. Hotel was in good condition and somewhat decently maintained. Calling it a resort is a HUGE stretch. It was close to the convention center so super convenient.
