Great place on a paradise! I love this place.

The pool was perfect for little one’s. Breakfast was great every morning with the option for a crepe or tapioca. The staff was also very friendly and helpful and kind to my daughter and wife.

Need to clarify. Restaurant staff top! Beach/pool staff first 2 days. Videos on cell phone more interesting After that the 2 guys that start Sunday. Top top Check in front reception stuff especially the lady that did our check in horrrible. We requested someone to fix our shower she said they will go there. 5 hours later we walked by front desk asked her did they fix it she said yes we got to the room no one had fix it. To which she said oh. They were busy sorry. then 5 minutes later someone showed up. She forgot. It would be best if she just said I forgot.

The towels and bed linens are stained, dingy, and old. The bedroom floor was dirty when we arrived, and the door lock takes a long time to unlock. The women’s bathroom by the pool was extremely dirty, and there was feces in the toilet. The breakfast is basic and does not seem fresh. The building itself is old and outdated.
