Once we got to the room and my fiancee started to sanitize the room, as she always do, she found a roach. We didn't think much of it because it was just one, but when she tried making tea in the teapot a whole bunch of them came out. Once I reported it to the front desk I found out the custodians had already reported the roach problem for that particular room and management said it was supposed to be offline. Then I tried getting a refund, but was told I couldn't because it was booked through a 3rd party. IN MY OPINION ACTIONS LIKE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A HIGH END HOTEL CHAIN LIKE HILTON!

Very mediocre experience for a Holiday Inn Express. Older style and decor which isn’t a big problem. Curtains had stains, the air conditioner vent was filthy with crumbs. The bed was fairly comfortable and nice bedding. Good hot water with decent pressure. The cabinet the frig was in needed repair.

The staff was very nice to me and my family. Ceecee the daily breakfast attended is the best. An excellent choice. Ceecee and the staff all go above and beyond.

Pine Bluff AR

Our first time to Pine Bluff on our way to Laurel Mississippi. Our accommodations were great; we drove around the town the next day before heading South. A lot of closed businesses and sad looking houses but I'm sure a lot of history as well.

Overall the stay wasn’t horrible. I used Expedia to book it, but the lady at the front desk took my card and charged it instead of using the Expedia payment.
