The room you reserve isn’t saved for you

Started off on a bad foot when I walked in and was greeted with a snippy “Do you need something?” We checked in and found we were not given the room we had booked, but one of lesser value that slept less people than we needed. When I went back to the desk to inquire, I was told the hotel was sold out so sometimes you don’t end up with the room you chose. When I asked about moving or getting at the very least a refund for the price I was told no. The room was clean, the beds were alright, but definitely not worth the $320 they charged me to cram 6 adults into a room for 4.

One star, because for $284 they should be able to get the morning coffee right. No 1/2 & 1/2 and Stevia was the only sugar free sweetener. Worst value ever!

Great stay

Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast bar was great and included an omelet/egg station. The cook did a great job. Not expecting this at a Best Western. Definitely stay here again.

One night stop over

Great room, although there was confusion checking in as we had booked a pet friendly room and they said they did not have any. Also saying this was an ongoing issue with third party bookings. We were however given a room The individually cooked omelets for breakfast were delicious.
