Pinetop Hotel

It's not a bad hotel. Only complaint, and perhaps it's a nit, but the soaps they give you for showering are a joke. Probably 1"L by 1/2" W by 1/4" thick. Basically useless. If I stay there again, I'll bring my own soap. Otherwise, not a problem.

Nice staff and accommodating! It would’ve made things easier to transport luggage items if there was an elevator to the second floor, but for me, it was doable. It would be nice also if they had a water machine. No food options. Linens were average, but the room was clean and spacious. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay and is a decent accommodation.

I stayed here two nights ago and loved it! This little gem in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ, is in the prettiest mountain town—reminded me of Lake Tahoe. The rooms were spotless and comfy, and instead of keys, you get your own unique entry code (so easy!). They have a 24/7 self-checkout marketplace with everything you might need, plus a cute pool, plenty of parking, and lots to do nearby. The best part? The staff! You can text them anytime and they reply right away with such friendly, helpful service. I’d definitely stay here again.

Accommodation was nice, especially on such short notice. Full size refrigerator was a nice surprise. I wish there was real coffee in the lobby, not instant. That was first time experience.

We only stayed one night. Had to cancel the second due to illness. Staff offered to refund the second night although we had already paid. Nice place. Great service. Would definitely stay here again.
