Day 1 - the elevators had a technical fault. Day 2 - there was no water in the hotel due to works on the street (planned) but they did not tell guests in advance so that we could plan accordingly. Day 3 - electrical faults and limited power. One elevator closed its doors but not all the way and started to move and then got stuck - with me inside - scary. I was offered apologies and a refund by management but that still hadn’t happened. In general it’s a nice hotel but the staff don’t seem to know what to do with crumbling infrastructure, or how to appropriately support guests. Disappointing

The studio was spotless and impeccably organized, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Plus, there's a convenient coin laundry in the building, making life even easier. Truly, a perfect place.

Hotel excelente e equipe preparada. Top para casais. O lugar é lindíssimo. Continuem assim.

Our stay was for 8 nights of which we spent 4 sweating from the heat of the room through the air conditioning system of all damaged rooms. We were never warned of the situation until the moment we asked, the floor of the room was never cleaned.
