Good location unhelpful staff.
Over all the room was OK, the location next to the ski lift is great. However, the WiFi was poor and had a lot of issues I had to take a shower in semi-cold water after a long day of skiing. When addressing these issues to the managers they did not lift a finger to help or mend the situation, very disappointing.

Erittäin mukava palvelu ja siisti hotelli. Laskettelun kannalta ihanteellinen sijainti (Pinzolon gondolihissi, lipun myynti ja suksi vuokraamo viereisessä rakennuksessa). Huoneiden äänieristys heikko. Aamupala hieman köykäinen, mutta silläkin selvittiin :-) WI-FI on todella hidas.

Attaccato alle poste da sci quindi perfetto per chi vuole sciare senza problemi di parcheggio. Ottimo confort e cortesia, stanze pulite e spaziose. Colazione con molta scelta.

Hotel molto carino affianco alle piste di Pinzolo, personale molto gentile e disponibile, camere ottime e ben curate e pulite. Ci torneremo molto presto!
