The property was very close to all of the Pisa attractions. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Sadly I had two terrible night’s sleep because of loud glasses being disposed of at 11pm and general noise late into the evening and early in the morning. The door frame around my front door was also very loose which was a safety concern. Breakfast was nice and again the staff were lovely.

Pisa and its amazing tower.

Easy access from airport and visiting local area. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Asked for extra pillows and mugs to drink from. Very helpful staff for information regarding travel and visiting area.

A little past it's glorious heyday but decent all the same. We had a decent sized room, it was a family room. Parking difficult, due to most of Pisa being closed to traffic at night, unless you pay 25 euros for the private garage when I think you have an exemption to drive to the hotel. Heating system seemed to be stuck on heat in our room and also my sister's room! Comfortable beds (our bed was HUGE!), nice towels, decent pillows. Lacking in electrical sockets. First impressions brilliant - well dressed staff, very attentive and polite. The upstairs bar is a throwback to the 1960s, and lovely! restaurant has limited menu but lots of restaurants on the street that the hotel is on. Breakfast had all the continental options, as you would expect. Terrace bar with great view over the top of the city, although it was shut when we were there. Would stay there again as so central. But we were less than impressed with Pisa. It has a tower, a church, but not much else - quite a working town. The area the hotel is in is close to the tower and Ok, also, some quite nice shops.

This hotel was perfect for our trip to Pisa! Everything was within walking distance. We had beautiful views of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from the rooftop terrace. Hotel staff were friendly and checkin was easy.

Perfect location a couple of minutes walk to Tower of Pisa/ square of miracles. Loved the hotels roof top terrace to watch sunset over Tower and square. Lovely breakfast (fresh warm pastries!) and comfortable room. Check in and out was straight forwards, polite staff. We managed to walk to the airport in about 40 mins. Pisa Centrale station was also easily accessible by walking. Thank you!

Location was great, staff super friendly. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. But soundproofing is the worst I’ve ever experienced. At night you can hear everything inside or outside Hôtel. I could hear other guests trying to close shutters to get some quiet but it makes no difference until restaurants close and finally everyone leaves between 23-12pm. Then it’s comfortable and quiet.

I think this is the first time I write a review like this but I feel like it’s my responsibility to let other people know. Sadly this hotel is very old and it shows. Not clean at all. I would like to be able to put the pictures here… There was a LOT of dust (like clouds of dust under the bed, in the corners and in the floor behind the curtains). The bed fitted had hole on it 😳, the towels were stained, didn’t smell well and you can tell that they are old or have been used for a long time. The shower was clogged and you can hear every single noice from other rooms and from outside the room. On the other side, the location was great and the terrace has a beautiful view of the leaning tower and Basilica.

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for the Tower, Rooms are a little bit dated and in need of updating, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable so good nights sleep. One thing that could be added would be tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Great location. Very dated hotel. Beds are hard, we also issues with mosquitos as other reviews shared. There’s also no soundproofing. We could hear our neighbors full conversations and hear them use the bathroom.

The hotel is very close to the leaning tower and Cathedral. The rooms were small and need some repair particularly the radiators which were rusty. The staff need to be more cordial and understanding. While having breakfast one of the guests asked for more bread and the staff replied that they should have come early. This was very unprofessional

This property is in a nice spot and the tower is visible from the balvony. Primary reason we stayed there; however,no one mentioned to us in advance when we booked car parking that due to ztl restrictions the streets around the hotel are not accesible if you are drivibg .We called the hotel and we were told what street to park on and walk to the hotel .We had the option to leave the car there or get permit to bring the car to the hotel parking garage. No fair warning was given to also haul our luggage with us due to high rate of car break ins . We parked and left the luggage in the trunk. By the time we checked in and returned to the car, the car was broken into and our luggage and backpacks from the trunk were all gone. When we called the hotel to let them know that our arrival to their parking garage will be delayed due to the break in they actually discouragef us from contacting the police because they will not do anything for us.
