Wifi was terrible! Couldn’t stay logged in. Couldn’t watch video or load Facebook at all. Room was ancient, blow dryer from 1950-1960. Bed was hard as a rock. Noise from street below was an issue but they do provide you with earplugs. View from upper terrace was nice. Food at restaurant was good but service was terrible. Took an hour to get drinks and another hour to get food. Very disappointing, we almost left. Front desk staff were nice, breakfast was okay. Location was fantastic but I Would not recommend this hotel.

Good central location on a pedestrianised street with lots of restaurants. Near Tower, had a partial view of top from room. A little noise but would recommend/ stay again. Nice staff, room & breakfast.

Terrific location just a couple minutes from the tower. Very walkable street and safe environment with lots of shops and several cafes to choose from and a convenience store across the street. In the room, the street noise was loud but the ear plugs provided by the hotel helped.

The bedroom and bathroom were very large in comparison to other hotels in my time in Italy. It was in good condition and comfortable. The view from the window was of the local street and the tower of Pisa. We tried to get dinner at the rooftop restaurant upon check in at 9:30 pm, as the staff at the desk said the kitchen was open until 10pm, but upon arriving at the restaurant, the staff said the kitchen was closed and we would only be served drinks. Luckily there were several restaurants on the street happy to serve food. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. The buffet had a wide variety to choose from. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our flight was very delayed but the hotel has a 24 hour reception and we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff, which made the late arrival much easier! The buffet breakfast was a nice mix of classic options and Italian specialties. The view from the roof terrace was incredible! Everything was clean, and we were able to leave our luggage at reception whilst we explored Pisa. Thank you!

Disappointed by the service at rooftop bar and by the general upkeep of the area. The noise in the street before 6am made for a disrupted sleep. The maintenance work being carried out was no doubt necessary but it would put me off booking again. Reception staff and shuttle driver delightful.

Great hotel right next to the tower etc. Concierge very helpful and booked the shuttle to the airport for us. Room was in need of updating but very clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and rooftop bar outstanding. Loads of places to eat nearby and a handy a supermarket. Recommend Bar & Food 62 - fantastic steak.

The property is located very close to the Tower and the streets are lined with good restaurants, lots of choices. Day one dinner I had steak very good, melts in the mouth, next day lunch pizza great, next dinner I ate wild boar stew and hhubby had Lasagna. The hotel has a breakfast buffet with lots a yummy stuff from 7am - 10am. Go climb the Pisa tower steps at 8.30pm you can enjoy tower without crowd.
Climbed 297 steps to the very top of Leaning Tower of Pisa Sept 3rd, 2025.
