So close to the Tower! Fantastic.

An amazing location only a few metres from the Tower. It could be viewed whilst lying in bed. Lovely helpful staff. It feels very new and has a couple of design glitches that are easily overcome. I would happily return without any hesitation and would recommend to everyone.

The hotel was beautiful and right beside the leaning tower of Pisa. I had an awesome view. I arrived early and the held my luggage so i could go explore the area. Staff was wonderful and attentive to all my needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Pisa.

Literally this hotel is opposite the leaning tower of Pisa, it has a cafe next to it perfect for breakfast with a view as although currently Expedia states the hotel is bed and breakfast it is not. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would go back

Great view but experience ruined by poor service

Amazing view sadly let down by non existent customer services. Neither myself, family or 2 hotels.com reps could get response from hotel until 2hrs before check-in. They then pleaded ignorance made a disabled client walk from ccarpark (took nearly 1hr & alot of pain before telling us that they had got special permission from police to drive up. Insult to injury "we are proud" and "nothing more we could have done. Yes there was answering the phone and good communication would have avoided issues. Suitable phone numbers for clients or agents to call could have helped. It's not a cheap hotel but you get better service from a ymca. Completely spoilt final day of the holiday.

The best view in Pisa!

Amazing location. If you were any closer to the Leaning Tower you’d be sleeping on it! The most fabulous view of the whole piazza. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. No breakfast provided but there is a lovely bakery/coffee shop on the corner two doors down with a view of the tower. If you want to stay somewhere with the best view in Pisa, we highly recommend staying here!
