A lovely little boutique hotel, whose rooms have retained the character of the Victorian family home which this building once was. The friendly staff looked after us very well and the hotel is extremely close to the Leaning Tower, Cathedral and other main iconic sights of Pisa. Only a short walk from there is the Via Santa Maria, which has many reasonably priced restaurants. We only stayed one night, but I would happily return!

Easy access to tourist attraction. Only a 10 min walk to the tower. Room was super clean. Mattress was nice and firm. Pillows could be a little softer. Staff was professional and kind. We loved the two bedroom suite.

The room was situated outside the hotel, and it was not convenient to access because we had to go up and down stairs with our luggage. The room didn't have a safe, so they moved us to a smaller and more uncomfortable room.

This property was convenient, clean with very accommodating staff. That being said, Expedia lists 24 hr airport shuttle for surcharge under amenities. This is not accurate and only means that the front desk can call a taxi for you. Transportation by Uber and taxi is very scarce in this area so a rental vehicle is highly recommended.

We stayed one night for early departure the following day. Beautiful and charming boutique hotel completely minutes from markets, restos, the cathedral and the learning tower. So close we had to pinch ourselves. Hotel is so quiet. Lovely breakfast. This was a real treat in our last night in Italy!
