My daughter and I stayed in the ocean view suite for 9 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had to add days to our original reservation and luckily there was availability. Chris was wonderful to work with and the staff was very nice. A very relaxing stay and wonderful shops and restaurants within walking distance. We are a Cal Poly family and made several trips to SLO, the drive was very easy. Would highly recommend Pismo Beach Club.

I didn’t like the fact that they wanted to charge me for this stay and sent me an invoice for $184.31. They had originally said that it was only $20 for parking and they asked me for my email address to send me that invoice. I sent them it, and they included their own invoice for this stay. Why would they do that? This is terrible customer service. I’m very upset. I have pictures of the texts and emails asking for me to pay for this. Please review your policy with them and if they don’t adhere to it, please do not represent them anymore. I have always had great service coming from you, but this particular stay was not a good one.

This motel sucks

Horrible stay the sheets were dirty. When we told house keeping they said it would be 30-45 mins until someone came. This was already at 8:45 pm. So we got our own sheets and changed them out, for the price this was not a 4 star hotel. Never will we stay here again. The hotel was old and they did a poor remodeling. When we booked this hotel it showed an oven and full kitchen when we got there, there was no oven. Over all it was lipstick on a big. They try to go cheap retro.

Bougie boutique

Very cute boutique style hotel. The sitting area has mellow music and is cute and comfortable. The room has a nicely stocked kitchen. Cheery and comfortable. I’d stay there again!
