Classy beautiful boutique hotel with very tasteful decor. Looks like it was recently renovated. Standard double room was decent size. Very friendly/helpful staff. Fantastic location - steps to many restaurants, especially around Piazza della Sala. Fairly easy 13 mins walk to Pistoia train station.

This is a very well run boutique hotel in an excellent location in central Pistoia. The staff was very welcoming and professional, the room was very comfortable and very clean. And the breakfast was delicious and extensive. Grazie mille tutti!

I thought this was an excellent boutique hotel, Everything was high spec, staff very friendly and helpful, in particular the manager. Breakfast though was ordinary, typically Italian. Good location, in the centre plenty of restaurants nearby. Recommended.

In pieno centro, non si poteva chiedere di meglio. Camera molto grande con letto king e materassi e cuscini eccellenti. In pieno inverno la temperatura della camera era esemplare.Bagno grande e confortevole. Personale gentile.
